We will develop a plan that best suits your needs; the duration and number of settings is a plan we will make together.

For a single session, we regularly plan for 60 minutes. For couples or groups, we find that it is best to plan for between 80-100 minutes.

Sessions will take place between once a week and once every four weeks, depending on your needs. The overall number of sessions differs very much from person to person, and typically lasts between 3 and 10 appointments.
